“Shine so brightly that others cannot help but be inspired by your light” Brittany Allen
Several years ago, Shayna Peckham, Director of Brand Development for Hearts of Hope, asked Brittany to help her paint Hearts of Hope. She suggested she choose and deliver her hearts to whomever she wanted.

Brittany still remembers the first heart she ever painted for a customer of her family business who was battling cancer. She didn't know until after his death how that heart impacted his family. Since that moment, Brittany has been painting hearts and has personally painted over 300 hearts for people locally as well as many living outside of the country. She personalizes each heart according to each person's situation.
By October 2015, Brittany was so inspired she started a Chapter in Yorktown, VA. This Chapter has since painted and distributed hundreds of hand-painted gifts to people in need everywhere.
Hearts of Hope is meaningful to Brittany because she can share her passion with others. Many times, people ask Brittany to make a heart for them to give to someone they know who is going through a rough time. Brittany is always amazed by recipients' reactions when they realize what this organization does and how it touches people.
Brittany is 25 years old and married. She and her husband recently “adopted” a Goldendoodle puppy that keeps their family busy. She majored in Business Management in college and works part time with her father selling Snap-on Tools.
In addition, Brittany has worked as an accomplished photographer since 2008. Photography has always been a serious passion for Brittany. When she fell in love with the Hearts of Hope organization, she was joyous to be inspired by both!
